About The Driver
I have been a Lotus fanatic from the cradle. After gaining much experience I started Paul Matty Sports Cars in 1976 and am still crazy about Lotus cars after all these years. I have been competing in the Lotus 35 F2 for a few years now, and still enjoy it immensely. No major changes for this season, but would love to get into the sub-31 seconds at Shelsley. Maybe this will be the year. I am very proud of the Championship and the great bunch of people who take part in it, we have all become good friends who, had it not been for the Championship, would probably never have met. Long may it continue! | |
Hillclimb / Racing Experience
I have competed in Various Club sprints and track days with the odd hill climb before setting up the PMS Lotus Championship. I started hill climbing in the IWR Elan before progressing on to the 23B, then a Lotus 30 and now Lotus 35. | |
